At Only Ballers, we currently operate on a preorder basis — meaning every item is made to order. This allows us to minimize waste, offer exclusive drops, and deliver high-quality pieces directly from our manufacturer.

Preorder Fulfillment
Please note that preordered items take additional time to be produced and shipped. Estimated delivery times will be provided on each product page and at checkout.

We appreciate your patience while we create your gear.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because your order is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a preorder is placed. Funds are used immediately to begin production with our manufacturer.

Please double-check your order details, sizes, and shipping info before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support onlyballers27@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos, and we’ll make it right.
